We are incredibly excited to announce the launch of a year-long giving program at the Home & Garden Shop. Because – while we love the spirit behind Giving Tuesday – we think it should come a heck of a lot more than once each year.
So starting in September, we’ll begin featuring a different nonprofit organization every month – one that we believe is doing meaningful and valuable work for our community and our world.
To help raise awareness and spur some joyful giving, we’ll host 2 events each month in support of the featured organization:
- A day-long Giving Tuesday Shop to Serve event, wherein we feature individuals and stories from the selected charity and donate a portion of the entire day’s profits to their wonderful work.
- A Save & Serve event, where we mark down prices on select store goodies and collect items from you to support the charity’s specific needs and requests.
So keep your ears open! We’ll send out details on the September event in the coming weeks.
